McDuffie County Day

The Thomson-McDuffie Chamber Government Affairs committee along with Leadership McDuffie will be traveling to the State Capitol in Atlanta to meet with State Leadership, and discuss issues relevant to our area.  This is a full day event, and lunch will be provided.  This event not only allows you to advocate on behalf of the McDuffie County business community, but also to remind our leaders of the assets we have in our area.  Registration fills up fast, so please don't wait till the last minute.

1:00 p.m. - Sit in Senate Session

1:30 p.m. - Department of Transportation Commissioner, Russell McMurry

3:00 p.m. - Representative Barry Fleming, Representative Mack Jackson, Senator Jesse Stone

4:30 p.m. - Depart to Thomson
